Motivation is needed in various aspects of life, especially when it comes to things we don’t feel like doing or want to do. I am sure you have found yourself saying, “I don’t feel motivated to … (fill in the blank)”. Yet motivation is so much more than how we feel in the moment. In this episode Bianca shares how mindset, choices, words and more are needed to motivate her to do things she does not want to do. She provides some helpful tips to motivate yourself.
